What to Do If You Need to Return Something
We want you to be completely satisfied with your physical purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with a physical item, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive it. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital products.
Eligibility for Return (Physical Products): To be eligible for a full refund or exchange of a physical item, it must be in the same condition you received it – unused, unmarked, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you've received the wrong physical item, please contact us straight away by emailing us at leigh@leighlitterick.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Starting a Return (Physical Products): To start a return of a physical item, please email us at leigh@leighlitterick.com. We will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that physical items returned without first requesting a return and receiving a Returns Authorisation Number will not be accepted.
Getting Your Item Back to Us (Physical Products): Once you have your Returns Authorisation Number, please send the physical item back to us within a further 14 days. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Condition of Returned Physical Items is Important: For us to issue a refund or exchange on a physical item, it must be in its original packaging, unused, and unmarked, with all original tags attached.
What Happens if You Miss the Return Window (Physical Products)? If we receive your physical return outside of the 14-day window after you received your Returns Authorisation Number, we can only offer an exchange for another physical item. The credit for the exchange will only cover the cost of the physical items themselves and won't include any shipping charges you originally paid.
Exchanges (Physical Products): If you wish to exchange a physical item, the fastest way is to return the physical item you have (once the return is accepted) and then make a separate purchase for the new physical item you'd like.
Refunds (Physical Products):
UK Orders: If you're in the UK and your physical return is valid, we will refund the total amount you paid for the physical item, including the original shipping costs.
Orders Outside the UK: For returns of physical items from outside the UK, we can still offer a refund or an exchange for the physical item, but we won't refund the original shipping costs.
How We Process Refunds: We'll notify you via email once we've received and inspected your physical return to let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your physical return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at leigh@leighlitterick.com.
No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products: Please be aware that all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any digital products once the purchase is complete and the product has been accessed or downloaded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Physical Products): Notwithstanding the details outlined above, if you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order of physical goods within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As stated above, the physical item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unmarked, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. This cooling-off period does not apply to digital products.
